  Called after hours on a weekday and was so impressed with the service. An after-hours technician was assigned, and he called me straight away. He thought he might take too long, so he assigned someone else to me. It was all sorted within 2 hours of making the first call. Each technician was incredibly professional and thorough, requesting the right information to help them get the job done quickly. Thank you guys!

  Don't bother wasting your time going there to get keys cut or even - like me - where I wanted them to come to my house to replace a number of barrels with and supply security keys. Big sign on the door saying we no longer do retail cutting. Why is this not listed on the website - pure laziness and a "we don't care" attitude.

  Called a few locksmiths who either couldn’t help or didn’t care, these guys offered really great phone help and advice and could help with my small letterbox key replacement.
