- Brian Russ Added October 02, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ordered a new M1 hybrid and was told I needed to pay a deposit. Stupidly did so. Was given a 7 day delivery schedule, which is when the lies began. Every time I rang to see if it was there I was told it was due to be delivered that day. After 10days, I got sick of the lies, and went back to the store, only to be told that the club hadn't been ordered for a week after I left the deposit and wasn't even due to ship until tomorrow. When I told them to cancel the order & refund my deposit, I was told because it was a custom order they wouldn't refund. How is it a special order when it was a standard club, which they simply didn't have in stock. Will certainly be telling everyone at my club what a shonky rip off. They can't keep their word, and I'm expected to pay for their poor performance???????? Would've given zero stars, but the system won't let me!!!!!!!!!!
