Dan and his team done such a great job laying the boards and all the finishes are perfect. Service from the beginning has been very smooth and I would recommend anyone thinking about getting flooring done to visit this shop

I went in to carpetcall over a month ago to get some quotes on new flooring for my apartment - a VERY simple job. After being taken through some options, i was told I would have a quote emailed that evening.
I waited - nothing was sent. A few days past, still nothing. I called back and asked to speak to the rep - Adam - and was told he wasnt working and will call me back. I never got a call or any attempt of a simple follow up. The phone manner recieved was also terrible.
There is absolutely no follow through or care for new business - I could not have been any more eager to give them by business and it was a huge let down and extremely unprofressional that I never heard back.
