  If you are an RCC high-level or Greenland Group, please take a look at your construction site in Erskineville.
  The builders in Erskineville don’t know how to build at all. They will only tell you to do it fast. Regardless of the quality, I think it's because their developer is Chinas Greenland Group . They will give trouble to contractors who have not given them a "tribute" , they are the most junk builder I have ever seen in RCC

  We are a retired couple just moved into the newly built apartment at Lane Cove North. I want to write to thank the Maintenance Manager, Oliver who helps to settle our defect list smoothly, with a special thanks to Scott Prentice, the plumber, of Richard Crooks Construction. Scott helped us to connect our Bosch Washer/Dryer which has a very unique connection that made it very difficult o complete the task. Scott tirelessly tried to find ways to fix the problem over many trips back and forth. He was not only helpful, throughout the frustrating efforts, he continued to be courteous and cheerful. His professionalism and positive attitude is greatly appreciated. Marinda & Frank
